Privacy policy
This site belongs to Trifonovs, a registered business name of David Trifonovs Moreno, a sole trader based in Ireland. This page explains what personal data the site handles and what your rights are.
What this site collects
Browsing this site does not require an account and the site itself sets no tracking or analytics cookies. Personal data only reaches me in two ways:
- When you book a call. The booking form on this site is provided by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and any details you type into the form, and shares them with me so I can hold the meeting. Calendly processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- When you email me. I receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
Why I process it
I use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, hold the call you booked and, if we agree to work together, prepare and deliver that work. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and contract where we proceed to work together.
What I don't do
I don't sell personal data, share it with third parties beyond the service providers named above, or add you to any mailing list without asking you first.
How long I keep it
Enquiry emails and booking details are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in ordinary business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
